Our Service Team will be communicating indefinitely to ensure all processes are running smoothly, expectations are being met, and there are no issues to resolve.
These discussions are the perfect time to relay any information we may need to know such as your needs changing to make sure you are getting the most value from our services. Also, we can uncover and mitigate any anticipated risks.
Communications from our Service Team will occur weekly for your first 30 days, biweekly during your 60-90 day period, and then monthly ongoing.
