We use ConnectBooster to handle all payments and invoicing.
Utilizing ConnectBooster for auto-payment, you will be able to view past and present invoices, ask questions, and make payments anytime. You will have full control of all information and payment schedules.
What's my username? Your username will be your full email address, i.e. demo@example.com.
What's my password? At initial login, your password will be ITBD# followed by your 5-digit zip code, i.e. ITBD#07302. Please note that you will want to change your password immediately after logging in.
What forms of payment are accepted in ConnectBooster? Payments can be made via ACH, E-Check, or Credit Card. All credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

You can see a general overview of your balance, payment history, invoice information, and everything else you need to manage your payments with ITBD. First things first, click "New Payment Method" and enter in your payment information.
Next, we recommend you set up AutoPay. It will look like this,
Choose your settings, and let us do the rest. If you opt not to use AutoPay, you can check your open invoices, and pay manually. Here's the how-to for manual payments:
After clicking "Open Invoices", select the Open Invoice you'd like to pay, and then click "Pay Selected". Your payment information will populate, so confirm and submit and you're ready to go!
