Your Customer Experience Team will reach out frequently at the beginning of your journey with ITBD to help with the onboarding process, answer any questions, and check how we're doing and how we can do more.

Communications from the Customer Experience Team will taper in frequency as your journey gets further along. If you'd like to keep in touch on a more frequent basis, let the team know on your next call.

Kam-O-Grams will be sent out to your company POC on a weekly basis each Tuesday. Kam-O-Grams are a weekly communication with all of the tidbits of information hand-picked by our President, Kam Kaila.
